Step 2 system treatment for personalised moisture care support

Flowdia ST 2-M is a Step 2 system treatment that adds care ingredients tailored to specific hair concerns, layering onto the ingredients delivered by Step 1.

By encapsulating these ingredients, it helps complete a personalised care balloon within the Flowdia system treatment process.

Application area and recommended amount

Apply mainly to the mid-lengths and ends.

Recommended amount
■ Short hair: 10–20 pumps for the whole head / 1–2 pumps per section
■ Medium-length hair: 20–40 pumps for the whole head / 2–4 pumps per section
■ Long hair: 40–60 pumps for the whole head / 4–6 pumps per section

※ Divide the hair into 10 sections.
※ 1 pump = 0.3 mL.

System Treatment Step 2 care ingredients

Formulated with sodium alginate, tremella fuciformis polysaccharide, hydroxypropyltrimonium hyaluronate, 8 amino acids, tamarind gum, and carrageenan as hair repair ingredients.

The 8 amino acids are glycine, alanine, proline, serine, threonine, arginine, lysine, and glutamic acid.

SALON TREATMENT

① Thoroughly wash out styling products, shampoo, and towel-dry the hair.

② Apply ST 1 section by section from the mid-lengths to the ends. Comb through, avoiding the roots, then massage thoroughly into the hair.
Gently squeeze the hair to check that a milky emulsion emerges into your palm. If the product still feels creamy, mist with water.

③ Apply ST 2 section by section from the mid-lengths to the ends. Comb through, then massage thoroughly into the hair until it feels hydrated and the creamy feel has disappeared.

④ Rinse, then towel-dry lightly. Leave enough moisture for water to emerge into your palm when the hair is gently squeezed.

⑤ Apply either ST 3 or ST 3-F:
ST 3: Apply section by section from the mid-lengths to the ends. Comb through and massage thoroughly. Mist with water, massage again, and check that the hair surface looks glossy.
ST 3-F: Apply section by section from the roots to the ends, focusing on areas with noticeable waviness. Comb through and massage thoroughly.

⑥ Leave according to the product used:
ST 3: No processing time is required.
ST 3-F: Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes, or 15 minutes for strongly wavy hair.

⑦ Apply ST 4 mainly to the ends. Comb through, then massage thoroughly into the mid-lengths and ends.
If the hair feels overly creamy or sticky, mist with water and massage again. Check that the ends feel smooth and the hair surface looks glossy.

⑧ Rinse while retaining a smooth feel in the hair.

⑨ Dry and finish according to the product used:
ST 3: Finish by drying the hair.
ST 3-F: Dry the hair, then finish with one pass of a flat iron set to 180°C.
