BROOKLYN Black x White Frame
Product Description
This is an invitation to enter the world of a long-established barbershop that has witnessed the changes in the city in a corner of Brooklyn where art and culture intersect.
With a vintage design that embodies 1950s America,
a high-quality seat and a variety of functions, this chair allows for
attentive hospitality that is a continuation of Japanese barbershop culture. It is the perfect chair for the NEO barbershop style
, which is a fusion of Japanese, American and European barber cultures and
continues to evolve in a uniquely Japanese way.
Reclining levers on both sides
The reclining lever is reminiscent of a classic car shift lever.
By mounting the lever on either side, you
can recline flexibly according to your dominant hand, your standing position during treatment, and the distance between technicians.
The reclining angle can be adjusted continuously from 108 degrees to 148 degrees.
Comfortable support for your feet when reclining
The footrest moves to the optimal angle in conjunction with the reclining of the backrest.
Furthermore, by flipping the tip of the footrest, it quickly transforms into a cushioned leg rest,
providing firm support for your legs even when reclining.
Expandable headrest provides firm support
The headrest can be adjusted in 6 steps at approximately 35mm intervals up to a maximum of approximately 175mm.
It provides firm head support to suit the customer's physique.
Of course, it can also be removed. This makes it easier to cut long hair, so it is recommended for use not only in barber shops, but also in hair salons
that want to create vintage and American styles .
Extremely comfortable and durable seating
The thick, multi-layered seat, made of high-density urethane and shock-absorbing S-shaped springs ,
is resistant to sagging and maintains an excellent seating comfort without the feeling of hitting the bottom.
The upholstery is made of PVC leather, which is highly durable and can be easily wiped clean.
The leather has a realistic grain that looks like real leather, and the carefully polished, beautiful luster
creates a tasteful texture.
Two frame colors to choose from
Although the same leather is used, the different frame colors create
a world view that is reminiscent of a scene from a movie.
The white frame is finished with a smooth, glossy paint that is reminiscent of the enamel that was once used to make barber chairs , giving the chair the air of a long-established barber shop in Brooklyn.
The plain yet brilliant silver-colored frame
is a culmination of 50s American culture, including music, fashion, and cars.
This chair enhances the intrinsic value of barbershops as social gathering places in the town and part of the community.
