If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the issue.
Please note the following:

• If repair is required, shipping costs to the manufacturer must be covered by the purchasing salon, in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

• Examples of cases requiring repair:

  • Issues that are not initial defects (problems occurring after a period of regular use)

  • Defects discovered more than 8 days after product arrival

• In some situations, it may not be possible for either the salon or our company to determine the appropriate response method immediately.
