How To Purchase With Us
1. Member Registration
- Please register through the「SIGNUP/ LOGIN」at the top right corner.
- Please note that we mainly merchandise to professionals.
- So, it is required for you to clarify your certificates or business card and etc. when signing up.
- You will receive confirmation of your registration. Now, it is possible to log in to the site.
To change the member information: After logging in you can press the customer's name at the top of the site and edit from the account edit screen.
2. Log-In/Forgot Password
- Go to the log-in page using「SIGNUP/ LOGIN」at the top right corner of the site. Enter your email address, password, and log in.
- If you have forgotten your password, please click on the text link "Forgot Your Password?" below the entry field on the login page.
- As you enter your registered e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail to reset your password.
- You may go to the page where you will set your new password using the URL sent to you.
3. Find products
- Products are all for Hair, Nail, Eyelash, and Aesthetic salon professionals.
Please enter the keywords of your search at "Searching entire store here..." at the top of the site and press the "Search" button.
You can search by product title, brand name, or body text.
For category search, you can search for items by pulling down the left menu for PC users or from the Menu on the top of the site for smartphone users.
For brand search, you can search for items by pulling down from the left menu for PC users and from Menu on the top of site for smartphone users.
4. Product page
- Some of the product prices appear only after you log-in.
- You can add products into the cart only after you log-in.
- Per variants product, please select color and size before putting it into the cart.
- Please note that some may be [Out of stock].
Description: It describes the description of the product.
Additional Information: Additional information is stated.
Shipping & Payment: It describes the delivery and payment method/ process.
5. Cart page
- After changing Qty, please push the "Update" button at the bottom of the page. The total will be updated.
- If you want to delete the product, please click the × button.
6. Checkout (STEP1: Address)
Member registration information is stated.
It will update your registration information as you revise and save.
Please check "Same As Billing Address" if you want to deliver to the same place as member registration.
After checking all, please click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom of the page and proceed to Delivery.
"Save my address" will save it as member information.
7. Checkout (STEP1: Delivery)
- The delivery company will be selected automatically.
- After checking, please click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom of the page and proceed to Delivery.
8. Checkout (STEP3: Payment)
Please select the payment method in "Payment Information".
- <Online Banking/Credit Card>
After the Confirm page, you will be redirected to Ipay88 for the payment.
- <Bank Transfer>

9. Checkout (STEP4: Confirm)
- After checking, if you click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page, your order is "Complete".
10. Checkout (STEP5: Complete)
- The order is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
11. Shipping & Delivery
- Normal Delivery *Within Singapore
Less than RM160
- Individual Delivery
*Shipping fee will apply separately for each product because we will pack for each product.
- Pro forma Invoice will be issued
We will inform the shipping cost separately.
Please write the following details in the contact form and contact us for the shipping fee.
- We deliver only within Singapore. For overseas delivery, please refer to [Overseas Shipping].
12. Overseas shipping service
- BEAUTY GARAGE SINGAPORE also ships to foreign countries under a given condition.
- Order products(equipment) can be canceled in some cases if it is before shipping.
14. Returned goods and exchange
- If there are defects in the product, such as scratches or damage, we accept exchanging, repairing, or refund, if you contact us within 7 days. When exchanging, please keep the invoice and the product in the same state as at the time of delivery.
- Please understand that returning and exchanging are NOT accepted under customer's circumstances.
